I love maple for breakfast - maple bacon, maple sausage, maple on pancakes, maple on french toast, maple on waffles, maple on my eggs. It's my favorite. And I love making my own maple bacon! It's so easy and so sugary coated delicious!
Are you ready for EASY?
You can make as much or as little as you like. I recommend not cooking more than a few pieces at a time. And I like to cut my pieces of bacon in half before cooking.
Maple Bacon:
1. Place bacon in pan.
2. Drizzle on some maple syrup.
3. Let bacon cook, turning over a time or two.
4. Eat. (Shown in a breakfast burrito).
Before cooking anything else in the pan (like eggs for a breakfast burrito), be sure to wipe out the sugary coated chunks of grease left from cooking the bacon.
